Quinn represents private investors in the acquisition of single-tenant net lease properties nationwide, with a focus on assets leased to strong national tenants and structured for predictable long-term income.
Before launching QEM Estates, he closed more than $50 million in net lease transactions across quick-service restaurants, dollar stores, convenience stores, medical groups, automotive properties, and national retail operators.
His experience includes buyer representation, off-market sourcing, due diligence, lease analysis, tenant review, financing coordination, and closing execution on all 1031-eligible asset classes. That hands-on experience shaped the foundation of QEM Estates: a brokerage built to help buyers make informed decisions, not simply chase the next available property.
